Authentic Reclamation is based on the Kent and Sussex border, about 10 miles south of Tunbridge Wells. We have been supplying and sourcing reclaimed building materials to the building, landscaping and private sectors for more than 20 years.

In this time we have built up a strong relationship with many different suppliers within the UK and across the world. Our yard contains an extensive stock of reclaimed building materials allowing us to supply all your primary building materials for any traditional development project.

Our major product lines are reclaimed bricks, roof tiles, oak beams, wood flooring and York stone.  However, if it is a period look you are looking for in any building project we can provide all the building materials needed. We also stock original Victorian fireplaces, antique sanitary ware, walling stone, stone steps and coping and cobbles as well as railway sleepers (reclaimed and new), railings and a range of architectural antiques and artifacts.

Indian Sandstone supplied in South London

Widely known as Indian Sandstone Paving, this stone is newly quarried and imported from India. Indian sandstone paving is available in six different sizes and laid randomly, produces a stunning natural stone patio or internal floor. The cost of this natural stone compares favourably with imitation stone (made from dyed concrete, readily available on the market), and is often less expensive.

Widely known as Indian York, this Indian sandstone paving is a mixture of browns, greens and greys.

Kotah Black Indian sandstone paving

This Indian sandstone paving is black and is a suitable alternative to slate.

This Indian sandstone paving is a mint coloured stone embedded with fossils to give a pleasing colour variation throughout the stone.
